At Bekkalek, shipping works a little differently depending on what you order!
Sticker-only orders are shipped by me (hi! 👋) from my home studio in Wichita, KS using good old-fashioned stamps and envelopes. That means no tracking by default—but it keeps shipping super affordable.
Want peace of mind? You can always add Tracked Shipping at checkout.
Everything else—like t-shirts, prints, or other goodies—is made to order and shipped by a trusted production partner. These items come with tracking included and may arrive separately from any sticker orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
Since most items are made to order (and this is a one chickadee shop 🐥), I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Thanks for understanding and for shopping thoughtfully with a small creator.
That said—if your order arrives damaged or something’s not quite right, I’ve got your back.
Just email bekkalekllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple photos so I can make it right.
